after my Grammy passed away, we were rearranging the furniture in her living room to accomodate ppl coming to sit shiva & remember her & mourn her with us - back when it was safe to gather. my aunt lifted a coffee table and felt something on the underside of the table top.
we turned over the table and found a piece of paper taped there. It was dated Dec 1997. grammy’s handwriting. I guess we’ll never know why it was taped there, what inspired her to write this list, if she ever intended for us to see it. but i’m taking it with me into the new year

my grandmother's name is Hope. Hope Wisnia. she wrote a book once she titled "Message of Hope". and i like that this was just one more message from her. if you’re still looking for ways to enter 2021, maybe my grammy can help. with a message of hope. Happy New Year :)
