1. “MS returned OBE because he opposes the ‘Prince of Wales.” LIE - I returned it 3 years ago because I wrote lecture that questioned relationship of Wales to British state and to do it with an OBE would be hypocritical. At no point in it did I say I oppose the Prince of Wales.
I only mentioned the idea of Prince of Wales title no longer being held by English monarch a few days ago in an interview - 3 years later.
2. MS “believes Wales should be an independent sovereign country.” LIE - at no point in interview did I say that. I said arguments against it sound like things abusive partner says - wouldn’t survive, too weak, too poor, etc and that is not the sign of healthy relationship.
3. MS said “Brexit.... was fascist and compared it to Nazism. LIE - talking in an interview about neo-Nazi groups and actaual Fascism on the rise across the West I said it had to be stopped. Absolutely nothing to do with Brexit.
So I believe that’s literally everything you said in that tweet Jay. You’re an absolute disgrace. You forfeit the right to ever call yourself a journalist again. Your every pronouncement should be taken with a grain of salt.
