👉Bones of healthcare system is I.M. we are hospitalists, intensivists, primary care, inf disease, nursing, social workers, care managers, and more; w.o us there is no system

👉“Healthy people” need Primary Care; #COVID19 has shown us value of a capable & prepared primary care workforce
👉Residents shouldn't be introduced as “just a resident” – they are *THE* Resident
👉 #womeninmedicine cont to be rock🌟
👉justice, equity, anti-racism are critical

👉Crying w. patients is normal
👉Fear is normal
👉Grief is normal
👉Courage = acting for the greater good despite fear & vulnerability

And,
👉My list of heroes has grown exponentially in 2020
👉I continue to be ever more hopeful & thankful
