I'd really love to hear about the art & entertainment that got you through this year, if you don't mind sharing. I'm sure I'll keep thinking of things, but the song Distant Axis by Matt Berninger, the book Memorial by @brywashing & podcasts @sayswhopodcast & @pchh helped a lot.
I'd say the most gut-socking and cathartic art moments of my year were listening to @nickcave's Ghosteen, Northern Picture Library's Skylight & @gelseybell's Cairns while sobbing on various benches in @GreenWoodHF in the weeks after my mom died. These artists helped so much.
The finale of The Good Place was a touchstone in a year of loss, Ted Lasso and Schitt's Creek pummeled me with decency, and @rebel19's podcast with Bassey Ikpi was generous and devastating. @mountain_goats This Year was basically on constant repeat.
