David Icke is the name most associated with it these days. He's built an excellent career out of it. You may have come across it when, sigh, Alice Walker recommended his book (I wrote about that here https://psmag.com/social-justice/why-did-the-times-let-alice-walker-recommend-an-anti-semitic-book)
