An update on school opening dates following yesterday's announcement from the Department for Education.

Primary schools in Hillingdon will remain closed except for children who are vulnerable or of critical workers until 18 January. Remote learning will be provided.

There's a staggered approach for secondary schools:

4 January: only open to vulnerable and critical workers' children, with remote learning only for exam year groups.
11 January: exam groups can attend school.
18 January: all secondary school pupils to return.
