YOUNG PLAYERS: Arteta uses the back half of this miserable season to test and learn with a more youthful mix of players.

ESR, Saka, and Gabriel is a start.

Best case, you find a star. Worst case, you pump value and sell.

CONTRACT REBELS: It’s time to get serious about players running down deals (>2 yrs).

If they won’t sign, don’t play them. AFC has zero discipline in this area. It either costs us in fee (Ramsey) or it costs us in panic deals (Auba / Ozil).

AFC needs to make decisions earlier.

TRANSFERS: No super-agent led deals. Data and analysis should drive all our transfer business. Not a sweaty agent hanging around in the car park. Find players the hard way.

We need to prioritize youth, intelligence, and athleticism moving forward. No more old players.

LEADERSHIP: The club needs to get serious about leadership. Get back to a structured hierarchy. Assess where the gaps are in the setup. What is the root cause? What are the ideas to improve? Plan and implement ASAP, don't pretend this run was a blip.

SECOND CHANCES: Time to get real. No more second chances. If Laca improves? Sell him. If Xhaka scores another freekick and Hertha come back? Sell him. No more rehabbing players that will always let you down. This summer needs to be ruthless.

VISION: There's no plan at Arsenal. Just look at the decisions. Leadership needs to land on a coherent strategy and use that to filter every decision moving forward.

No more short term fixes.

Lock in an exciting 5-year plan, get the fans on board, and gun for it.
