Two weeks before Christmas I found a lump in one of my testicles. My GP arranged a testicular ultrasound for a week later.
Thankfully the results showed it was a cyst and that I’ve got a cyst on my other testicle too!

Please don’t wait if you feel “something”.
Get it checked!!
Getting to know your nuts is important, so that you’ll know what’s up if something doesn’t feel right.

Your nuts should feel smooth, firm and sensitive but not painful. If something doesn’t feel right, see a doctor.

There are three steps to correctly check your nuts:
1. Get steamy. A warm shower will put your nuts in the mood.
2. Roll one nut between your thumb and fingers to check for lumps, swelling or pain.
3. Repeat step 2 with your other nut.
Early detection is the difference between one hour of surgery or months of chemotherapy.

PLEASE check your nuts regularly and speak to your doctor if you feel something not quite right.

Got Them. Love Them. Check Them.
