The people trying to start discourse over this and playing semantics? Get a life. The point is that a bi man was forced to pay his ex-wife THOUSANDS for just existing as a bi man.
And yes, this IS biphobia. The man’s ex-wife was aware that he was bisexual, but she couldn’t comprehend him also liking men so she decided he was “homosexual all along”
