get a pulse oximeter.
If you develop covid-19, you may not feel breathless but your blood oxygen levels can be low. If the reading is below 94% and doesnât improve with deep breaths, it is an NB sign to get further care. 1/4


However, do not use a normal saturation % to avoid seeking care. If you or someone you care for has covid and they are feeling breathless, looking blue around the lips, or have any symptom that worries you, seek help. NB: Oximeters are less accurate in people with dark skin
