To issue an EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) for a new vaccine, the following requirements must be met:

1) The agent [SARS-COV-2] can cause a serious or life-threatening disease or condition.
=> need to inflate cases and deaths to fulfil this requirement.

2) Based on the totality of scientific evidence available, the product [vaccine] may be effective to prevent such a life-threatening condition.
=> need to use dodgy vaccine trial methodology to show their effectiveness..

For example:
a) using outcomes such as mild symptoms rather than transmission or deaths.
b)testing the vaccine on the young and healthy only and not determining its effectiveness in the older more at-risk population

c) doing the vaccine trial during low prevalence period when very few people are likely to get infected with SARS-COV-2. The strength of the study will be very low due to the low number of people infected.

3) The known and potential benefits of the product [vaccine], when used to prevent the life-threatening condition, outweigh the known and potential risks of the product.

=> need to use dodgy vaccine trial methodology to hide any potential longterm effects, like eliminating the placebo arm (control group) by administering the vaccine to the placebo group.

4) There is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating the disease or condition.
=> need to suppress any prophylactic therapies, early treatment, effective medication or good treatment protocols.
