5/ They sell turn-key charging infrastructure designed strictly with heavy-duty electric fleets in mind. Cities around the US have already purchased these.

6/ Proterra has Real-time energy management software for EV fleets.
In the conf call Barry Engle mentioned "infrastructure, batteries, sensors, and software", each of which Proterra does. Thoughts are welcome.
