I once read some Vedic Astro that said Jupiter in a chart is what protects a person from evil consequences or circumstances imposed on them by others.

when Saturn squared my IC in high school, my family moved into our own home but it was in a desolate area and we didn’t have any furniture, spiders, and things were pretty grim.

I have 4H Jupiter, and for a long time I was the only one with a bed (protection from a bad circumstance)

my dad got me one but there was no available option to get my mom or siblings one at the time

My Jupiter is opp 10H Sun (my dad) so it shows my dad was the reason for that “protection”
