So Collectable has 40 assets in the offering doc I looked at. Some observations -
- Only 15 of 40 (37.5%) of their assets were negotiated at arms length (based on SEC regulations)
- Of those 15, 2 were made w/ Steven Spiegel, who became a shareholder. 1 was with Emmitt Smith, a shareholder, another 2 were also with shareholders

- The other 10 classified as unaffiliated or non-affiliated seller
