Well it’s that time of year once more — DOGS OF THE YEAR: 2020! In which I show you EVERY dog I’ve met this year!

There are A LOT of dogs this year!! (1/?)

First up we have Pepe — a little chihuahua from Italy, and a very smol boi! (2/?)

Next up we have Bowie, my former shared custody doggo, and a very happy UQ visiting doggo (3/?)

I met Rupert at the beach — a very friendly Labradoodle (4/?)

Next up is @freyabliss’s dog — the very senior and very cuddly Mango (5/?)

Ollie is owned by my friend Mollie, and I really miss seeing this ray of sunshine since leaving Queensland (6/?)

Gypsy lives with @Ash_Layton — and although shy is very adorable!! (7/?)

Of course everyone’s favourite Shibes made the list!! Tony and Hiro are absolutely adorable!! @billykan @mildlyreckless (8/?)

Khaleesi was named before THAT season, but is still much loved (9/?)

This is Spelty — a stumpy tailed cattle puppy I met back in March (10/?)

Dennis is much less of a menace, but is still 110% ENERGY!! @BenSmee (11/?)

Curly is another Brisbane doggo miss a lot — and is also another small boi (12/?)

Scully and Ripley belong to @DrNatOsborne, and are just so fluffy and snuggly — why do all these dogs so far away? (13/?)

Do these guys need ANY introduction?! No, you all know who Ziggy and Mabel are @bumbmd (14/?)

It’s GORDIE! The cutest Canberra puppy (less than 1yro)! So much fluff! (15/?)

Mollie is the dog of a former boss, and very much is a princess pooch! (16/?)

This is Billie, another cattle dog pupper. Yes she is asleep in my arms (17/?)

Uschi belongs to @gemcarey & @robo_niccarey’s dad, and is a very eccentric dog also the 3rd @bumbmd dog! (18/?)

This is May, a random dog I met at a pub in Enmore, but still deserving of featuring here! (19/?)

Jaeger lives with @Hocking_Rachael, and as as big a softie as he is a dog (20/?)

Georgie, the 4th and final Berner to feature here, is adorable, but thick — in the head and in the body (21/?)

Barrel and Tank sure do live up to their names, but are also VERY snuggly!! @NicholasBromfi1 @Shanavyre (22/?)

Winnie belongs to @LillyHannock, and is more chicken nugget than dog! (23/?)

Both of these photos capture @wisebeck’s Charlie infinitely well — she is fluff, and she is fury (24/?)

Irving, of @EddieSynot fame, is a very sweet distinguished gentleman. Much love! Also supports the #UluruStatement (25/?)

Mya belongs to my cousin in Toowoomba, and is OBSESSED with fetch!! (26/?)

A random dog who was outside my alpine cabin in Kosciuszko National Park — very cute and a nice fren (27/?)

If you know the @ANUBellSchool or @toni_erskine at all, you’ll know Benji! And he is as lovely as he looks (28/?)

Moggy is the very lovely fur-child of @mairead_parade, and I very much hope to one day steal her (29/?)

And last, but certainly not least, this is Phoebe, who I met today. She is a Newfoundland who is strong enough to haul 1.5 TONNES! Big doggo!! (30/?)

Of course we should also have some honorable mentions. These 4 dogs I would love to one day meet, and are very cute and deserving!
