Rey isn’t a Mary Sue. She does lightning, yeah. Nothing says that requires training. In fact even in the books in the new Disney canon Dooku accidentally uses lightning. Definitely not the worst duels. Overall, I think they did a good job. Not Duel of the Fates or Battle of the Heroes level, but not bad.
