Tips for Creating a Digital Vision Board | THREAD
Start with thinking of areas in your life where you want to see change. What things do you desire most right now? What do you want more of? What do you want to accomplish? Think about what the best version of that looks like visually.
Use Google, Pinterest or built in photos to find images that fit what you’re envisioning. One idea given to me, was to also include a picture of yourself at one of your happiest moments. Seeing yourself happy puts you in the frame of mind to get back to that.
Typical vision boards lump everything together + this can sometimes be overwhelming. Breaking your goals into categories is going to help you gain clarity in each area of your life + make your overall vision seem less intimidating.
As you think of things you want, decide a category it best fits. For ex. health, family, love, career/money, self-care etc. + anything you can add that would improve the overall category. Also everything doesn’t have to be pics. You can also add short quotes/meaningful words.
I love arts + crafts, but a digital vision board is much more environmentally friendly than the outdated way we’re used to — i.e. no more destroying old magazines, less mess from cutting + gluing pics to middle school poster boards + not being limited to irrelevant words/images.
If you need a blueprint to create your own digital vision board, I’ve created a set of fully customizable templates to help! + since it’s digital, nothing has to be set in stone. You can always remove/update things throughout the year as your goals change! 🤍 https://twitter.com/jeimonroe/status/1344147642973102080
