I knew that food waste was a prob but I didn't know it was that big. I also didn't know we might run out of farmable land by 2050.
eliminating food waste is my #1 tip for you bc you have control + impact!

i'm telling you this is actually a place you can make a difference!! plus check out http://bit.ly/zerowastemealplans @endsandstems if you need help meal planning w/ ingredients in your fridge

listen if veganism isn't for you, at least cut out beef - maybe start by cutting out ONE beef meal and go from there! baby steps!
you could also start w/ pasture-raised beef!

when zoning laws were written, toxic industry was SPECIFICALLY zoned in Black neighborhoods (incl near schools!) and not white ones. it's not a random accident
