In the very next game this incredible rolly-polly scorpion kick from Tyrone Mings stole a last minute winner off Konsa to win a vital game after going behind. We played this game without a striker #avfc

Mahmoud Trezeguet vs Leicester, 2-1 W, January 28th.

In the very next game after that we scored another last minute winner this time to take us to the final of the league cup. One of the greatest ever crosses. A good January for great goals #avfc

Ally Samatta vs Manchester City, 1-2 L, March 1st.

This wonderful diving header sparked a comeback attempt in the final but we just couldn’t find the equaliser. Still some great Wembley limbs. His 2nd and last goal for Aston Villa #avfc

Bertrand Traore marked his debut for Villa in terrific fashion with this stunner in the next round of the cup. Great assist from Ramsey also. Did Traore mean it? Of course he did! #avfc

Ollie Watkins vs Liverpool, 7-2 W, October 4th.

His second goals in his perfect hat-trick in this iconic and historic win vs the champions. It’s an absolute beauty and was a wonderful performance. #avfc

Ross Barkley vs Leicester, 0-1 W, October 18th.

This 91st minute winner made it a remarkable 4 wins out of 4 to start the season for Villa. Can’t wait to see more of Ross in a Villa shirt #avfc
