She is very angry. She does not believe that Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna did not know that J.JML Sinha was going to disqualify the Prime Minister of India from Lok Sabha./1
Prime Minister has known HN Bahuguna from her Allahabad days. HN Bahuguna is an extraordinary man. Nobody can match him in public relations. He has endeared himself to the Muslim voters so much that he is called Maulana HN Bahuguna./2
Bahuguna is a cult figure. He is a sharp mind. Nobody can match his speed and thinking. He does not forget a name, person or a job. He commands complete loyalty of the bureaucracy. He is eyeing for the post of prime minister of India./3
Some say he knew the judgement of Allahabad High Court in advance. Some say the judgement was at his behest. He may have thought that once the prime minister was disqualified, he could ascend the throne./4
The Chief Minister has arrived. He is ushered into prime minister’s residential office. The prime minister is seeing some papers. She does not look up. Bahuguna is seated before her. /5
Prime Minister gives a stern look.
PM : Aap ki bahut shikaytein aa rahi hain.
(Bahuguna knows what this means)
HNB : Behn ji, Aap kahein to main isteefa de deta hun.
PM : Theek hai, Dhawan ke pas chhod jayiye.
Bahuguna comes out. He leaves his resignation with RK Dhawan./6
He leaves for Lucknow by train. The news of his resignation is already on air. Hundreds of people throng railway stations on the way.

Then there is phone call. ‘Aap train se kyon gaye ? Aapne stations pr bheed jutayi. Prime Minister ko achha nahin laga.’ /7
