You can make weight neutral health goals.

Here are some examples of weight neutral health goals.

-Get more sleep (you probably need it)
-Eat more servings of fruits or vegetables
-Drink more water
-Stretch (seriously, you should probably stretch more)
-Lift heavier weights
These are BETTER goals than framing your goals around weight

You can get really specific about what makes you feel better in your body and tailor your goals to your specific needs.

And they are more sustainable in the longer term.
Weight loss is not sustainable.

"I want to eat vegetables 3 times a week" or "I want to get an extra hour of sleep a night"

These are SUSTAINABLE goals because they don't involve the fantasy of permanent weight loss
Something like "I want to stretch 3 times a day" is also a better goal because it is MORE SPECIFIC than some vague fantasy of permanent weight loss.

Do health things if you want to.

But you need to make those things actually ABOUT HEALTH which weight loss is NOT
A more specific goal contains within in it the steps for how to DO it.

Be specific.

Specific goals are more doable.
