➡ Receive advance data on all goods coming from the EU into Great Britain

The EU’s position remained that it was impossible for them to offer access to 'SIS II' to any third country outside the Schengen area

Although 'SIS II' holds millions of records, less than 1% of records relate to persons of law enforcement interest

➡️EU Member States have expressed their intention to continue to share law enforcement data with the UK using Interpol channels

➡️ We will now use cooperation via Interpol and bilateral channels, which we already use with the rest of the world
