Don't worry, most entrepreneurs are at this same impasse.

Then I had to decide.

What am going to pursue?

This is my process.

First,

You need to do a self-assessment.

Get clear on your:

-Skills
-Experience
-Strengths
-What you love
-Weaknesses
-What you don't enjoy

Second,

Evaluate the opportunity based on these key factors:

-Impact
-Profit potential
-Learning curve
-Risk
-Environment
-Creativity
-Stress
-Overhead

Spend enough time on each to make a decision.

But don't sit on this for days.

My suggested time frame is to spend 1 hour on each.

Then on another day review and decide.

You can create a chart and see which it hits.

Rank each category 1-5 and determine a number you need to reach in order to pursue the opportunity.

Remember,

The opportunity of a lifetime is only available for the lifetime of that opportunity.
