Me in 2018 vs. Me Today
How?
-Meditation
-Lots of meat
-Reading daily
-Lifting weights
-8 hours of sleep
-Being coachable
-Found my passion
-Focused on my habits
-Narrowed my circle of friends
-Telling myself the truth in the mirror
And one more thing...

And one more thing...
I joined Twitter in April because I wanted to make money.
Who doesn't, right?
So many people around me making so much money already...
And whatever I think I needed,
I could easily QUADRUPLE with the knowledge here.
But something wasn't quite right...

But something wasn't quite right...
People were making SO MUCH with their expertise:
-Coaches
-Salesmen
-Freelancers
-Agencies
But that left me wondering:
What am I an expert at?
Truth was:
Nothing.
Truly nothing.
And maybe you've felt it:
The feeling that you don't fit in.
That you're below others.

Yeah,
It sucks.
And as a result I started looking into stuff that was interesting but I didn't really fell passionate about:
-Copywriting
-Email Sequences
-Web Design
I hated web design.
Email sequences was ok.
Copywriting was more than ok.
So what did that tell me?
It sucks.

Maybe there's something I can learn from these experiences.
I mean, I enjoyed writing right?
Why not try other types of writing?
Email Writing
Ads Writing
Copywriting
Script writing
I tried many types of writing but nothing really clicked.
Until I met Gillette.

See, brands are not very updated.
Take a look at @Gillette for example.
They'd be lucky to have over 5 likes on their posts.
(At 140k followers, mind you.)
Now look at us.
We're relatively small and with WAY better results.
Is there something we know that they don't?

We do:
We know Twitter.
We log in every day.
At one time I had 150 scheduled tweets on Hypefury...
So that's when it clicked:
"I'm going to be a ghostwriter."

I started reaching out to people who needed help:
First my friends, then I'll go to influencers, then to brands and then to celebrities.
I'm only on phase 1 of my plan.
But imagine,
Phase 1 is enough for a LOT of things in my tiny third world country:

Since last month, I
-Pay for abuelita's monthly expenses
-Give money to my parents every month
-Can afford the best food for my nutrition
-Can hire my friends so we can build together
-Truly don't need more money to survive here
I won't say the amount, but know:
I'm blessed.

Time it took me to find my "thing": 8 months.
Time it took me to take care of all my living expenses: 1 month.
Making money is easy,
The hard part is finding a way to enjoy it.
So here are two pieces of advice:
Time it took me to take care of all my living expenses: 1 month.
Making money is easy,
The hard part is finding a way to enjoy it.
So here are two pieces of advice:
1. Don't stop looking.
You're stressed because you haven't found your "thing".
You haven't found your thing because you're not looking for it.
When was the last time you tried something new?
Or pursued your genuine curiosity?
Do more of that every month.

2. Don't do it blindly.
If you find something you kinda like, that's a sign:
Do more similar stuff.
If it's writing, then there are many types of writing.
(Maybe you also love ghostwriting, it's a fun hobby).
And because fuck it,
Here's a third piece of advice:

3. Don't let people tell you what you should be
I suggested the idea of ghostwriting.
Others will suggest many other ideas you can make money with.
THINK if that's a good fit for YOU.
Like I said, making money is easy.

Fuck it, 4:
Don't follow your passion.
Follow your childish habits.
What do you do for fun besides grabbing your phone?
Scribble?
Write?
Talk to strangers?
Talk to women?
Call someone?
Workout?
Find what childish habit you can monetize and you'll be happy forever.

It's impossible to stay stuck if you keep moving.
