I saw somebody question today why Black people choose to use the N word and I thought we’d grown past this. But it made me snort laughing because I call my nephew SHRIMPIE, nobody else is allowed to and if you try it he says “Aunt NéNé calls me that” and closes the discussion.

Some of y’all need to learn that nobody owes you a dissertation on why their boundaries are their boundaries.

Some of us need to learn how to state our boundaries and close the discussion. Best lesson a pre schooled ever taught me.

PS yes I use it, have always used it and will continue to use it, and if you’re not Black you shouldn’t. That’s the boundary.
