Let me explain so you have the real understanding of where we are and what to expect on Jan 6th.
As it stands right now, all of the states have turned in their certifications according to the election numbers with the fraud included.
In the counties, across 7 states, the Trump delegates turned in their paperwork to buy time for legislators to either certify them making the state have 2 delegates certified or to decertify Biden and certify Trump changing their state altogether.
So far state legislators have failed to certify Trumps delegates in those states. So, in reality, this is not a true contested election but a contested in name only.
Pence can't accept non certified delegates.
For people that say well Pence can just not accept the certified Biden votes forcing him under the 270 required.
There is an entire next step if that happens that they're not telling you. If Pence denies the states votes or if a Senator and House member object together,
it forces a 2 hour debate where each chamber goes into session for a 2 hour debate and a vote.
That vote is a floor vote. We don't control the House so the vote is expected to be keep Biden's electors.
At the same time, the Senate has the debate and vote.
Only 2 Republicans have to join Democrats to keep the Biden votes.
That is where it stays a Biden electoral.
Louie Gohmert is suing Pence in a friendly law suit asking the judge to give the President of the Senate the ultimate power to decide the electoral votes regardless
what both chambers vote on.
Pence doesn't have the power people believe he has. Not until a judge gives it to him from an 1886 law that was amended.
