If u ever receive a package from someone with ADHD, just know that the item stared at them from days/weeks/months in a hallway/on a desk/table/kitchen island, it took an immense amount of emotional strength to make the shipping label, and they must care for u a lot

I recently was honest/open with my family members re: thank you cards. I told them how difficult it is for me to write/send/mail a card, and now that we have that understanding, they do not mind a text/email thank you instead!!
