Outside of Technicals, my primary motivation for trading $GNUS stock, is The successful BOD who all have extensive experience in creating successful animated television. In addition to the launch of Stan Lee's Super Hero Kindergarten. (1/2)
For those who don't know. Stan lee is one of the most influential people who ever lived. This is the man who gave us Marvel (sold to $DIS) characters such as Wolverine, Spiderman, Hulk, Captain America, X men, and more!
Super Hero Kindergarten will star movie Star Arnold Schawrznegger as he leads a team of diverse children in quest of super heroism, while teaching them life lessons along the way. I have attached a photo and youtube snippet of what the show looks like!

Super Hero Kidnergarten is slated to launch in the spring of 2021 on $AMZN prime & in-conjunction with $BABA (Ali Baba Group). Stan Lee has a huge following in China, so the BABA exclusivity / distribution in that part of the world will be extremely beneficial.
Why do I think $GNUS is extremely slept on?

1. They have no debt (MEGA PLUS)
2. Toy deal with Mattel (HUGE)
3. Comic book deal with Archie Comics for (SHK)
4. Leverage with Stan Lee's unused intellectual property not tied to Marvel
5. Company is position itself to be boughtout!

Now I can make tons of threads diving into each of those points (which I will in the future) but I want to get into the technical analysis side first. I also didn't talk too much about how they are using their Kartoon Channel (free) to pull in revs via advertisement dollars.
I have attached the chart courtesy of @RadioSilentplay (must follow) using the $1 as my floor (trading at 1.38-1.40s currently) we have upside as high as $11-12 (depending upon news, catalyst, etc).
Now that is a big move right? This doesn't mean buy the stock and hold it because some random dude on twitter said it could hit 11-12 bucks. At these levels, people will sell at $2-3,5 upon whatever news that drops. Be smart and come up with your own personal profit margin.
Ultimately, we live in the age of content. How many super hero movies of Batman, Spiderman, Superman have been remade. $GNUS is offering us fresh new characters that could experience success like the Justice League , Teen Titans , or The Mandalorian. $T

-Super Hero Kindergarten could be a bust

-Kartoon Channel App or either shows could also fail and not be perceived well by the general public.

- Super Hero Kindergarten or other launches could be delayed due to Covid 19.

Ran out room in the thread, but overall how many sub $5 companies get the chance to work with MARVEL. The biggest opportunity $GNUS represents to me is the ability to be bought out by either $AMZN , $DIS , or $NFLX. I see this as a real possibility.
