1/ Met with a med student thinking about a career in #psychiatry. Talked about how unique #match2021 is, and how I can't even begin to fathom what the road to #match2022 will look like.

2/ Will we still be interviewing virtually? Will we be able to return to in person interviews? Should things return to pre-COVID patterns? Virtual fairs? Away rotations?
