1/ We the People of the United States of America have given tax-exempt status to an agent of the People's Republic of China operating in our country.

They owe the U.S. government millions of dollars.

They need to pay their bill and be removed from U.S. soil.

2/ In August 2020, the State Department designated the "Confucius Institute U.S. Center" (CIUS) a "foreign mission of the PRC...advancing Beijing's global propaganda and maligning [U.S. education]."

3/ On further investigation, we found that the CIUS has one "member": the Office of Chinese Language Council International.

This sole member has the right to appoint and remove board members, along with any other rights.

4/ The Office of Chinese Language Council International ("Hanban" in China) was originally called the China National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.

5/ The China National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language was created by the PRC's Ministry of Education, part of the State Council of the PRC (Central Government).

6/ The Chinese Communist Party #CCP apparatus has complete control over this U.S. nonprofit entity, which is not paying taxes to our Federal Government, nor paying its District tax or property tax.

7/ Since 2015 alone, CIUS has received over $7.3 million in revenue, which they have not paid taxes on as an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) charity.

8/ As a foreign agent of the #PRC fully controlled by the Communist Party's Ministry of Education, the CIUS should:

- have their tax-exempt status revoked

- pay all unpaid taxes (federal, district, property) and

- be prohibited from operating In the U.S.
