Non/pre/post-op are extremely useful categorizations for someone trying to remove her penis who wants to learn from source which medical professionals abuse patients & how much. It's a common informative category for us, not one about worth or support group & rape shelter access.

This isn't about "individual use" either like I need full-on communities, reviewers, & trusted post-op friends to even begin to navigate this stuff in America, it's byzantine & frighteningly difficult & a huge expenditure of time and labor non-op ppl talking shit DON'T DEAL WITH.

When I moved towards medical transition in America it HAD to become my employer's business, my insurance company's business, and should've been my therapist's business, had a decent one been available. And it has to be everyone's business because health care must be free for all.

How we gonna "demedicalize transness" when I've not even been medicalized and have to pay 80k for the potential chance maybe three years from now fr??? Short phrases identicating access or need aren't psy-ops to invalidate nonbinary people (to no material detriment).

Transmedicalist doesn't mean binary or "people who think medical access is worth organizing for" & nonbinary discourses angling towards redefining them that way are literally identical to so many transphobic cis discourses, when cisness, not transness, is the problem!

Anyway sorry for the trauma response here, it's just that I've, like, been traumatized. Anyway more people who medically transition to being nonbinary please god
