We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of #TiffanyShackelford. Tiffany was an incredible light with an infectious energy - especially within the ONA Community.
As one of the founders of ONA DC, #TiffanyShackelford’s group kicked off the ONA Local Network (which is now a global network of over 50 volunteer-run groups).
#TiffanyShackelford led the charge as one of our conference organizers and co-chaired the 2008 ONA Annual Conference.
#TiffanyShackelford laid the foundation for building a community of digital journalists. We are extremely thankful for her contribution to our community and the journalism industry.
#TiffanyShackelford was one-of-a-kind. Her generous spirit will be greatly missed. We send our condolences to her husband, son, family and colleagues.
