FYI Election Update
Sorry, been busy - saving the Republic is exhausting work.
-House Rs (quite a few now) plan to object, each taking turns. We're trying to get them to object to each individual EV, thus creating a de facto filibuster.

FYI Election Update 2
-Senators Cruz, Paul, Johnson, Blackburn, Rick Scott, Hawley, Cotton = all low hanging fruit.
-When they withdraw as houses to debate and vote on an objection, House Rs plan to vote by "House Delegation".
-Ds will object; but ECA of 1887 unclear.

FYI Election Update 3
-12A says Delegations vote after thrown to House.
-House Rs will then appeal to the only Constitutional authority who can arbitrate...VP Mike Pence.
-This is uncharted territory.
-The lawsuit *against* Pence merely seeks to have the ECA vacated.

FYI EU 4

-Thereby clarifying the failure of the Act and strengthening the VP's hand.
-It is also to layout grounds for the VP placing it on the side.
