HOW TO MAKE SALES USING INFLUENCER MARKETING

For those that don't know, I sell my own personalised items on Etsy, Ebay and Shopify

Items such as mugs, tshirts, fashion accessories, etc.

Earlier this year, I approached a micro influencer in the baby/mum niche (20k+ followers on Instagram)
And created a collection for her that she could sell to her followers

The final products were a "mum" mug and a baby bag - sold as a bundle or individually

We agreed a commission structure and managed £3k+ sales in the first month after launching
On the back of that, she had requests for a "daddy" mug which we then created and sold as a bundle with the "mummy" mug or individually

I also set her up as an affiliate giving her an incentive to promote my other baby/mum products for which she'd earn a commission
This is only one case study

There are tons of micro influencers who don't know what to sell or how to go about it

Give them the product and let them market it for you

= win win

For everyone involved

We're now planning to add to her collection and collaborate further

I'm targeting my next project to be with a tiktok influencer

One viral video can mean 100's if not 1000's of sales!
