You're all talking about ACAB, defund the police, yet you watch Wonder Woman, a movie where the lead actress was in the army and boast openly about fighting. No good.

I've boycotted Mulan and I'll boycott Wonder Woman for the same reasons.

Human rights.

Gal Gadot was casted to play Cleopatra, an Egyptian-born Queen from Mediterranean descent...

They could have casted any Middle-Eastern/Greek actress to play the part... there's A LOT OF US who have ties to these lands.

People will boycott what feels "ok". Boycotting Mulan because of China? Easy.
Boycotting Wonder Woman because of the Israeli government? No, it doesn't make sense.

Again, the life of Middle Eastern people doesn't matter...

Other reason to boycott : conscripted military service. It shouldn't exist. It is traumatizing. It is awful.

For those who will answer that Middle Eastern countries do it, the answer is NO. Lebanon and Jordan have abolished it (in 2007 and 1992 respectively).

So yea.

Here's why I won't watch Wonder Woman or any Gal Gadot movie.
