The Rules:
Every single television story is included either from the main series or its spin offs. All mini-episodes are included as well as licensed independent videos, live action video games, in character appearances on other shows and in character adverts.

More Rules:
Dalek and K9 props appearing in live segments on programmes do not count. If the segment is a cutaway clip then it’s allowed. Not included are skits where Doctor Who actors are playing themselves unless a Who character also appears.

Even More Rules:
The list is by stories, not episodes, so all prequels that feature another story’s title in it are included as part of the original story. Due to the inter-connected story, and the disconnection from the series proper, K9 has been counted as one story.
