@TheWealthTriad came up with a good suggestion!

Ten ways to invest in yourself.

Here are ten ideas for you to implement today.

//A Thread//
1. Develop a journaling habit.

It's the first thing I recommend when people want to invest more into themselves.

It has helped me solve many problems in my life, and given me great peace of mind at the same time.

Here's a part of my journey with it: https://www.scottswhite.com/posts/a-million-words-of-reflection
2. Exercise

If you have a strong mind, and a weak body, than you have a weak mind.

Think on that.

You can find many routines easily, but I recommend getting a band and doing the Pallof Press too.

It gives me a great boost of energy.
3. Read Build Your Dream Network by @BYDNetwork

She makes a strong case why investing regularly into building your network it the best career move you can make.

Easily networking book for me to recommend.
4. Always have a way to jot notes handy.

You change your life by implementing the ideas you come up with.

But if you lose the idea then nothing will come of it.

I use @draftsapp, but anything will do.
5. Learn some No Code Tools

I built my website using @webflow. Couldn't have done it as easily without it.

There are a million other tools including @NotionHQ, @bubble, and @carrd

Follow @nocodedevs for more great suggestions and resources.
6. Join a Toastmasters group.

@Toastmasters is a group dedicated to helping you build your public speaking skills. There are clubs around the world, and it's reasonably priced.

You'll also likely make a lot of useful personal and professional connections there too.
7. Build up a savings account.

Life will throw curve ball your way. It's just a matter of when.

The difference between surfing those times and partially drowning will be determined by your financial reserves.

Build it now because you won't have the time to build it later.
8. Learn how to sell.

We all sell something, whether it's a product or ourselves.

Selling products is obvious, but what about when you're going on a date?

You need to sell yourself as a suitable match.

If you want someone to help you, sell them on the benefits of helping you.
9. Volunteer with an organization that helps the community.

This aligns with building your network, but it's more than that.

It connects you with people who like to help others, and those people like to share what they have learned over the years

Listen to them.
10. Surround yourself with people you would want to mentor your child.

Picking the people you associate with is one of the best lifehacks there is.

They touch your life in ways you don't expect, and the value this give is incalculable.

Pick people wisely.
I hope you find some of these ideas helpful!
