Signed January 2012 for an estimated fee of £7million and going on to winning the Champions league in his debut season.
From this historic moment onwards Cahill became one of the best CB's to have ever played the game.
Having led the team as captain on numerous occasions.

Winning 8 prestigious trophies in 7 years the man was a key part in the glory era, without him things may not have been as decorated.
From his first to last season Cahill was recognised as a clinical goal scorer being brilliant in the air and with his rocket of a boot also.

Cahill was destined to finish his career at Chelsea but after unnecessary harsh treatment from former Blues manager Maurizio Sarri, Cahill called his departure a "Freak" move. This event alone has somehow slightly dulled Gary's glorious reputation at the club.

"There's opportunities you get that you want to grasp with both hands and you have to cherish them" such a humble player and could've been a great role model for today's Chelsea.
