3 reasons why you should use the simple “P.S strategy” in your emails to 2x your sales for your personal/eCommerce brand

Number 3 is so powerful.

THREAD
The “P.S strategy” is basically using “P.S” at the end of your email to tell something. You can use this to increase your sales and to create loyalty with your customers.

Simple $$$. Let’s go...
1. To tease

What do you tease then?

Well, an upcoming new product is perfect here.

When a brand you really like says that they’re soon releasing a new product, you get excited.

You want to create the same feeling within your customers.
And what happens when they get excited?

By the next time they see your name in your inbox, they will open your email first because they’re curious af about what you have to say.

Imagine a good offer in that upcoming email regarding the new product, wow…
Example, after your signature:

“P.S

We may got a new product in that series coming up next week..

I think you want to open our next email…”

Curiosity at its finest.
2. To create urgency

We all know feelings sell, and urgency is a big one.

How do you feel when you see “only available for 24 hours”?

And it’s a product you really want?

You buy it straight away. You don’t want to miss out on it.
I’ve been through it and you have too, I know it.

This is the feeling you can create with your “P.S”.

Example:

“P.S..

This color is only available for 24 hours”.

Create urgency.
3. What the prospect exactly will get

This is a big one

What do you mean?

I mean that using the “P.S” is an amazing way to do this. Listen.

Let’s say that you sell an office chair.

Then, you want to list everything that the reader will get when buying the chair.
This is proof and builds trust.

It should be features and outcomes here. List them down.

Example:

“Here’s everything you will get with the (Name of the product) chair...
- Adjustable for any table so you can maintain a good posture while working to also look more confident in general

- Neck support to reduce neck pain

- Made with thin leather to..."

Be as specific you can.
That’s it

Thank you for reading and I hope you got some big value to implement to your own eCommerce brand or in your own emails.
