Pandemic or NHS staff crisis?

Does a NHS staffing crisis give the government the right to control who enters your property or to tell you to shut shop?
Mortality rate not significantly high.
NHS annual winter crisis is happening again.
Mortality first.
Jan 2018 was worse than it is currently.
Didn't have your rights taken away then.
Jan 2018 = 60,075 deaths
Nov 2020 = 47,910 deaths

Not representative of a pandemic.
Hospitals no busier than last year
Media are continuing to report the annual NHS struggle.

Knightingale hospitals are not being used.
The number of Covid-related deaths in England involving individuals under the age of 60 and free from a pre-existing condition is 377 or ~9 people a week. This is for the entire period of the pandemic.
Even the government has stated that COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease. And now there is overwhelming evidenc that asymptomaic spreading does not occur.

How can anybody can seriously argue there is an actual pandemic? COVID is still about, but not significantly different to a winter period and certainly not enough for the government to control who enters my property. Not enough to run someone's business into the ground.
