I'm gonna get something clear about the problem at the club right now.

Please read this thread.
I don't blame Jose or the players for the situation right now. Jose doesn't have his players yet as only 2 of our current starters are his signings. Hojbjerg and Reguilon.
This limits him when picking the lineup and the team's approach to every game. In the beginning of this season, our preferred CB pairing was Dier - Sanchez or Toby - Sanchez but no matter what Sanchez would play because of his pace.
Because Sanchez was playing, we could use a mid-block which is a higher line than what we are using right now, and with that we wouldn't defend as much and we would attack the teams straight up. Examples of this are (Southampton, United, West Ham, Newcastle.)
Now that Sanchez has gone out of favor, we have to use a CB pairing of Toby and Dier which is slower so there is no cover at defense if we were to play a mid-block so Jose has to change his approach, not because he chose to but because he doesn't have to players to play his way.
Playing a low-block constantly is very tiring to our attacking players as they have to run the whole pitch constantly and then track back to defend as well which is why we stop attacking after we score in these games (Wolves, Palace.) It is just exhausting for them.
To fix this and take a better approach (mid-block), we are being linked with fast left footed CB's so they can cover for whoever we pair them with during opposition attacks. This is why I have countlessly said signing THAT CB in January should be a priority.
In Conclusion, it's not Jose's fault or the players' fault, it's just that Jose still doesn't have the players he wants, this is all a process.

Trust the process, we knew this rebuild was coming, it's necessary.
