I find its always good to reflect on the last year as we approach a new one. 2020 has been something else.

Here I will explain my journey through 2020 and an "awakening" as such. The process actually began in 2017, but ramped up at the end of 2019 through to now.

#2020Vision
For context: nurse of 21 years, ICU, surgical, medical experience. Was a Matron in a busy city hospital before I left to move overseas. Since then I have worked in NHS nurse recruitment from India, Phillipines and the EU as an educator/recruiter and private nurse.
BSc in Nursing, Diploma in Intensive Care and High Dependency Nursing, Masters in Medical Ethics and Law, Natural Nutrition Diploma and now studying to be an Integrative Health Practitioner. Always VERY passionate about the NHS and good nursing care.
In 2018 I started to look into alternative practice and began to understand about the real grip of Big Pharma. I learnt about the importance of stress, the gut microbiome, epigenetics, diet and alternative therapies such as UV light treatment and non- allopathic medicine.
I also discovered I was perhaps electro sensitive after always living in the country to move into a small city. This lead me down the 5G path and I soon researched enough for me to understand we were not applying due dilligance to its roll out. Evidence of harm is well documented
I digress, but it all links in the end. Whilst researching 5G I also went down the rabbit hole of vaccines. I am and have vaccinated my children in the past. I learnt what I had been told and evidence given as a student and nurse, was not indeed the whole picture.
In October 2019, I came across quite by accident Event 201 on youtube. Having heard and read about Agenda 21/30 and the New World Order goals, I decided to watch the whole thing.
What struck me about this hypothetical "corona" virus pandemic exercise was the emphasis on large business and company focus, rather than the human impact of losing 60 million of our brothers and sisters. In fact it all seemed to be drive by finances and how they could step in.
On Dec 31st I heard the the news about the Outbreak in Wuhan. The news quickly picked up on people dropping dead in the street (remember?) and hospitals being inundated with critically unwell patients. I headed to the medical journals to see if I could make any sense of it.
It looked scary, especially as it seemed highly likely that it had been released on purpose/been genetically modified and was something we had not see before. Wuhan shut itself, but flights were still moving in and out which did not seem right.
Other interesting points to note, not long before was the Wuhan Military Games, and the symptoms were very similar to the "vaping" pneumonia cases from 2019.

According to the journals, the mortality rate was high and atleast 20% of cases needed ICU. It didn't take long to do the sums and work out ICU would buckle under pressure. However that didn't quite happen during the first wave. I had worked 2010-2011 H1N1
winter and that was brutal in terms of lack of capacity and stress levels. The NHS runs at a high capacity all year round. I heard Johnson say that elective surgery was only to stop after 15th April. But lockdown happened end of March. We knew it was coming, why wait?
I noted that the DOH had downgraded it as an disease of highly infectious consequence in March (pre lockdown).I was reassured slightly and thought perhaps they had got on top of it. But no, the cases continued to rise. At the same time they made it a ... https://www.gov.uk/guidance/notifiable-diseases-and-causative-organisms-how-to-report
Then the discepencies started to come. And the impact of lockdown assessments in terms of lives lost due to lockdown measures. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/907616/s0650-direct-indirect-impacts-covid-19-excess-deaths-morbidity-sage-48.pdf
When I pictured a pandemic, I pictured a war-like scenario with military drafted in to protect the vulnerable and elderly.
Myself and several other ICU trained, now retired nurses, volunteered. Aside from a call from the health service here in Potugal I heard nothing. Neither did they. It did not add up. 10,000 patients were rapidly discharged before the peak, vulnerable patients.
I was like many others, willing to help. There seemed to be zero effort to co-ordinate the response. Services literally closed and left patients high and dry. Delayed diagnosis, increase in still births, addictions, eating disorders, domestic abuse etc. Something seemed wrong.
I had friends working on the front line saying before the peak was difficult, once lockdown happened, everything eased. Their main issues were staff sickness and PPE. Not breaching capacity. The NHS figures show the same picture.

Frontline staff were just as scared as the general public were and their bravery at the begining of this pandemic should be recognised. Tik Tok videos do not represent the profession as far as I can see. Friends working in other areas saw and reported impacts on their patients.
I am not denying in any way there were sick patients or that it has been stressful nor that hospitals were empty (they are not empty, but they are also not yet at normal capacity and have not been since April). Some hospitals were busy, others were not.

Then there was talk of all these asymptomatic cases being identified by PCR testing. Never in my career have I used the same swab to swab a nose and throat nor have to shove it in so far. Also if someone has flu, you usually know about it.
It became evident the PCR testing was not fit for purpose in patients with no symptoms yet it was driving the measures. Masked mandates became a thing, even though it made zero sense to me in terms of infection control. Health care workers dealing with symptomatic patients, yes
The general public (no). Handmade non N95 masks were being worn. People were sterilising shopping and packages. People thought it sensible to be wearing a mask, but still be able to fly or sit at a cafe and drink. Curfews came in because the virus is clearly very smart.
The Media continued to focus on cases and deaths, but not focus on any information that might reassure or actually help (I saw the BBC debunk Vit C as a good idea for example). The governments all over the world seemed to follow the same script and still are. TBC....
Other points to note:

Online education at home whilst working full time(and a single mum)was next to impossible. My children missed out on over 6 months of school. To suggest a return to that is shocking as we know the impact it has on children in terms of mortality and spread
85% of positive tests of PCR are asymptomatic, meaning they have no symptoms. The evidence for asymptomatic spread is weak at best. You are much more likely to catch Covid at home if someone has it. Follow for mmore info@MichaelYeadon3 @ClareCraigPath @FatEmperor
There is a big distinction between dying OF Coivd or WITH. The vast majority of deaths are in people with underlying pathology (1 or more). Under current rules you could have a positive PCR test and die 28 days later of something else and be included in the numbers.
Between 6-10% of cases only have no underlying KNOWN condition. There was a restriction on autopsies. A contributing factor to these deaths was seen as intracoagulopathy, which is not a usual presentation in a resp virus, unless in full blown sepsis.
Then the vaccine talk started, and the roll out of a mRNA vaccine which in my opinion has not been adequately tested, and may not in many cases be infact needed. The censorship on any talk on vaccines/ masks/ treatments etc is so obvious. It does not fit their narrative.
They started vaccinating on air, almost every patient interviewed afterwards implied that they were now free to get on with their lives and indeed saved lives by having the vaccine. We do not know if the vaccine will stop transmission or you catching it. Do your research
I am deeply concerned as to what information is being given in order to gain full informed consent. For example the vaccine pfizer protocol advises highly effective contraception for 28 days.
They did not study the effects on fertility of a new mRNA vaccine therefore the receipients of child bearing age should be told this as a precaution and they are not.
All roads lead to Bill Gates and the amount of conflict of interests there are in unbelievable. SAGE was shrouded in secrecy and why are we still listening to Neil Fergusson?
The media and Government have flounced rules and made people think they are the problem. They allowed BLM protests but hit hard those protesting about freedoms (peacefully). They turned people against each other. The made people feel superior for "following the science"
They used the terms anti-vax instead of just safe-vax, they made the anti mask brigade look like insensitive bastards when they were really just asking why and using their own guidance. For divided we are easier to control.
They spent a real effort only showing evidence that fitted the narrative and experts that parrot the same shit over and over again. They hand picked the "sceince" to prove their measures were the right ones.
In reality it is possible to protect the vulnerable whilst leaving healthy people to go about their business sensibly. The impact of lockdowns and measures are in my opinion, worse than the problem in hand with SARS CoV2.
Your immune system is your friend:
Eat well
Rest and destress as much as possible (learn to meditate)
Be in nature and exercise
Take time off from your screens (blu light/melatonin)
Vit D, Vit C, Zinc and Quercetin may be helpful
Laugh, love and live and turn off the TV
