Number 2.ππππ -πππππππ. People who cannot control themselves can never control others. Self-control sets a mighty example for one's followers, which the more intelligent will emulate.
Number 3.π ππππ πππππ ππ πππππππ. Without a sense of fairness and justice, no leader can command and retain the respect of his / her followers.
Number 4.πππ πππππππππ ππ ππππππππ. People who waver in decisions and are indecisive show they are not sure of themselves and will not lead others successfully.
