We sold Eden Hazard to move on from relying on one individual player. We wanted to implement a style, a team. Now, it seems we are relying on Hakim Ziyech. Since Hakim’s last start, we’ve won 1 game. It’s embarrassing. We shouldn’t be using Hakim’s injury as an excuse.

Our team is more then good enough, we’ve spent over £200m for gods sake & brought in world class players/talent.

Timo Werner looks lost, out of position and has lost a monumental amount of confidence. He looks a shadow of his former self. Lampard doesn’t see him as a ST. scary.

Kai Havertz is seen as one of Europe’s most elite talents, he’s number at Leverkusen were impeccable for a young player. Now, it looks like he should be playing for a relegation side. Again, frank not playing him in his preferred position and not having an idea what to do.

CHO’s treatment has been nothing short of disgusting and vile. Callum’s ability, awareness, passing, ability to take a man on 1v1, switch of play and ability to draw people in providing space is immaculate. Yet Frank doesn’t give him the minutes deserves and belittles him. Why?

At the end of the day, with Lampard in charge, I don’t see a plan. I don’t see tactics, I don’t see players improving. The team looks lost, like they have no clue what they’re doing. We just cross, cross and cross again. This team lacks ideas and tactics. Clueless.

This all stems from the manager, I think it’s clear for everyone he is massively out of his depth now. We’ve regressed as a team. How’s that possible? I think he’s starting to realise now he’s running out of time, the lack of fight & non care attitude is worrying. He’s given up.

He may be able to get us top 4 again, but where does it go from there? Because I do not see a world wheee Frank wins premier leagues and UCL’s in charge of this football club. I think it’s above him. We need to appoint Tuchel/Nagelsmann while we have this 2 week period.

Give the new man some time with the squad, to implement his ideas and settle down. I think we will massively benefit as a club. Tuchel with this squad, would genuinely be a scary thought. He’s a big advocate of youth as well so don’t think they’d be sold.

I really want it to work with Frank man, I really do. But, I just can’t see it unfortunately. Too many poor results, lack of tactics, poor use of players. And now he’s starting to be content with draws against Aston Villa. That isn’t the level of Chelsea. It just isn’t.
