Why I am Lampard Out: Yesterday’s performance wasn’t the reason. I thought we showed a bit of a reaction at least. It wasn’t bad. Let me get that straight. The reason I am is because I’ve seen Lampard do the same mistake over and over again.

He consistently plays two of the three of AC, Jorginho and Kova even though it always works against us. When we play two of the three, we get bullied like little boys, there’s constant space in our half due to poor positioning, there’s a lack of athleticism in the XI.

You’d think Gilmour would start because at least he is a better athlete than Jorginho and is better in every department but he still continues to play him. Bring Werner on when we were still crossing the ball was a TERRIBLE move. Werner bought nothing to the game at striker.

Giroud should have stayed on and if he couldn’t, it should have been Tammy. Villa were getting deeper after all. It also took WAY too long to put Kante at DM. Look at the difference. He should only play 8 against big teams. I don’t know how he’s forgetting this.

The constant mistakes over and over again that we’ve seen in past games doesn’t work and the lack of progress in his management of the squad isn’t good enough. I’ve seen some improvements in the defensive department with our shape. It’s been much better.

He can get top 4 or whatever but I’d still want him gone. It isn’t worth it for the long term because I feel like he just isn’t good enough tactically to lead this team further and I want a new manager so they can use this season to get to know the team.

Which will then allow him to sell the deadwood and bring in proper players. Lampard’s signings have been good. One I didn’t understand was Timo because I didn’t see where he’d fit in his current setup and I still don’t.

When we got Lampard we should have expected this because I did. No matter what happens this season I think his appointment was a great one. Just look at our squad from when he took over to where we are now. He solved the mess left by Conte and Sarri. He got youth in and etc.

We just need an experienced manager to guide this team and someone who can be flexible. I don’t know for sure who I want yet. I still want Lampard to succeed and prove me wrong ofc but I’m Lampard out atm.
