They organise a pile on and when a number of followers come back they accuse you of...yep you guessed it.. a pile on. Well, in the last week or so I have noticed a new one since a number of pro Corbyn accounts offered apologies to me to settle legal proceedings./2
With a frequency which is at least noteworthy I am receiving threats of legal action for allegedly libelling pro Corbyn accounts.
Leaving aside that truth and fair comment are defences which would render such a claim against me hopeless, there is another more fundamental point/3

If you are a pro Corbyn account tempted to sabre rattle a threat to sue me or anyone else OR you are on the receiving end of such a threat please note the following:

If one operates as @anonymous for example and your real name is Joe Bloggs how are you possibly going to establish damage to/loss of reputation by virtue of an account you operate in a false name (unbeknownst to the wider world) being labelled antisemitic!?/5
Nor can you sue on behalf of someone else. If you are foolish enough to do either of these things the financial implications are serious and significant. Still tempted? You might wish to pause to ponder why the likes of Corbyn and Williamson have never issued proceedings./6
When the unhinged notorious antisemite Tony Greenstein did issue proceedings he suffered an humiliating defeat as the judge ruled he could not succeed in libel as calling him a notorious antisemite was justified

Although stripped of the hope of power the cult around him remains albeit largely confined to social media. The only real impact you have is the intimidation and bullying of jews. Beyond Twitter you are nothing. /9
