I investigated Who granted Reliance permission to install Jio towers in Punjab’s Panchayati land?(sample of one village)
1. Sarpanch of village Jharaudi Dharamveer Singh said Jio tower was installed forcefully without his permission.
His panchayat does not gets any payment.

2. Machhiwara BDPO Rajwinder Kaur said she is not aware of this as work was done few years ago.
3. Samrala SDM Gitika Singh complained that ADC(D) Sandeep Kumar can answer questions related to this issue.

4. Sandeep Kumar said issue of installation of towers in panchayat land doesn’t comes under his department

5. Director of Panchayat and Rural Development ministry Manpreet Singh said this issue is related to e-governance department.

A week ago,Punjabi Tribune had reported that Jio towers were installed on lands of Akali leaders in some villages. 11 Jio towers were installed on Diyal Singh Kolianwali’s land. Just check who is Kolianwali.

Want to check whether govt signed some contract with any company. If Govt signed contract, at least its officials should know little bit about the thing.

A society is managing suvidha centres. Who is dealing with whom? It’s a big question.

A company like Reliance Jio does everything legally. Will try to get its response.
