One thing that is honestly good about the age of social media is that people can share touching tributes to loved ones to the world and not be dependent on "Will a TV show give me a graphic or allow me to acknowledge it before a wrestling match".
You watch those Owen and Eddie tribute shows and there are undeniable sweet and touching moments but there are also awkward moments and spots where you feel like "This poor person is in no emotional state to be on national TV".
So while it would've been nice if WWE had done more, and I'm sure we'll all be praising or complaining about what AEW does or doesn't do, honestly the tributes that mean the most are the ones people are making in their own formats, on their own terms, on their own schedules.
Grief is super personal and everyone does it differently. Some people want to share a lot, some want to be very private. Sometimes wrestling turns into a "Who cared more about this person" game of performances.
