In US we depend heavily on pharmacy chains and supermarket pharmacies for adult vaccinations. Difficult to see how a health system built in that way will easily accommodate complex guidelines.
We’ve learned in 2020 that our nation can’t implement complicated public health measures: we saw this with the diagnostic testing, virus detection, virus genome sequencing, we’re just not delivering at a high level, can’t understand why
