Nashville... some thoughts from Danno...
First off, RV was NOT the blast point. Can prove easily. Watch ;)
First, a couple of videos to set the stage.

This is a street level view from a couple cops walking the beat. Showing exactly where the RV was sitting in relation to the AT&T building.
This will make more sense as I go along here. But Ive matched up buildings, roofs, and design elements all to come up with this.
A shot from a news chopper, showing the circular blast spot. on the OPPOSITE side of the road. same POV as the Google Earth image above. So AT&T building on the right.
Then damage to the front of the AT&T building, including concrete covers blown up like underground explosion, but I have explanation for that in a few.
Damage to the buildings directly in front of the blast, across the street from AT&T. As expected, higher building damage. Although older less rigid structures too...
So how did those covers get blown up and out? Well they didn't, they got SUCKED up and out. Watch...
Lack of distinctive cratering means highly unlikely that High Explosives of any type were used. Most of the damage it blast damage, no charring or burning. Here is your answer..

Would have vaporized the RV, and the positive and then quick negative shockwave would have absolutely destroyed those buildings. The white blast area shows where it hit. Its pretty obvious what happened.
